Doug Webb was awarded for his achievements during the 2022 McSAM Awards; teammate Logan Chipman was recognized as a Top 5 finisher in the same category.
On Saturday, April 9, the Dallas Builders Association named Legend Homes sales professional Doug Webb as the winner of the Sales Professional of the Year award in the category for communities with an average sales price under $400,000. Webb was one of five finalists in the category, including teammate Logan Chipman.
“We’re thrilled for Doug and proud of his accomplishments from the past year and beyond,” said Kathi James, Legend Homes’s vice president of sales in DFW. “This recognition is only the beginning of our growth in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. The sky is the limit when we have people like Doug and Logan on our team.”
Webb was awarded during the 2022 McSAM Awards, an annual event established in 1979 to recognize sales and marketing excellence among builders, developers, and associates. Winners are selected for making significant and creative contributions to the residential home industry within a given year.
“I am beyond blessed to have received the prestigious McSAM award for Sales Professional of the Year,” said Webb.
