Legend Homes, which continues to expand its footprint by adding high-quality, thoughtfully designed new homes across the Houston area, has won multiple Greater Houston Builders Association PRISM awards recognizing excellence in development, product design, sales, and marketing.
The Houston-based homebuilder won Best Volume Builder Product Design ($200,000 to $250,000) for its model home in Townsend Reserve. It also took home the award for Website of the Year (Volume Builder) for livelegendhomes.com.
Gilbert Pesina Jr. of Landmark Electric Co., nominated by Legend Homes, won Skilled Trade Professional of the Year. Legend Homes was a finalist in three other categories: Builder-Developed Community, Sales Manager of the Year, and Construction Superintendent of the Year.
“These awards are a testament to the hard work, dedication, and passion that our team brings to every project,” Legend Homes President Tanya Rizzo said.
Located in Splendora, Texas, just southeast of Conroe, Townsend Homes debuted in 2022 with new homes for sale priced from the $220s. In late 2023, Legend Homes launched a reimagined new website, livelegendhomes.com, which greatly enhances customer search tools thanks to its mobile-first design. The website was developed by NDG, a full-service creative advertising agency based in La Plata, Md.
